St Dominic’s Fair is organised in Gdańsk, Poland, in the Main Town.

Stand location depends on the industry represented and the stand standard chosen by the customer.

Priority reservation is entitled to the participants St. Dominic’s Fair 2016.

Booking deadline for last year’s participants – April 7

In order to participate in the Fair you should set up your own account via the website. All operations related to stand reservation, confirmation of participation, additional order will be carried off via the online registration system

The organiser shall assign stands of the space and location that are compliant with the theme of a given street and – if conditions allow – compliant with the customer’s wishes. The agreement shall be concluded once the customer accepts the proposed location.

IMPORTANT! MTG SA reserves the right to change the location of the stand or to reject the booking for logistics and/or technical reasons, as well as the right to reject the participation offer without stating the reasons therefor (Regulations for Participants, item 2.1.6)

Payment for the stand is carried out in two installments: 50% of operating within 7 days after receiving the Confirmation of Application, the remaining amount not later than 14 July 2017.
